In order to transfer your progress across you need to connect your game with the levels to either Facebook or Kingdom, then login in your game on your new phone and the progress will be there. That's only way I know how, never had any luck with phone back ups.

You need to connect your game on your smartphone to either Facebook or Kingdom, that's the only way to sync progress in order to load it on a different device. Once it's synced you just need to log into which ever one you chose of the two and your progress should appear.

If your game is connected to either FB or Kingdom it might be a good idea to reinstall the game to begin with if you haven't already done it.

What do you play on Vitty? The challenge only comes up on my mobile and not on Facebook.

If you can't wait, you can always play the new levels on FB and King.com until they get released for Tablet!

Potions? Are you playing Bubble Witch by any chance? What level is this happeing to you on Debra, it's not necessary to buy anything in order to get stars, the only time good scores haven't counted for me is when I've failed to complete the level objective.

Have you tried to to play on King.com or in a different browser to see if it's any different there?

Did you have your game connected to Facebook or Kingdom by any chance? You should be able to restore it from there.

I tried the following when I had sync issues and it worked for me, definitely worth a shot! 1) delete the Facebook app. 2) go to Settings, scroll down to Facebook, open and select where it says "your name", then delete account (Ignore the disclaimer it's not important) 3) restart your device. 4) open an internet browser…
