King decides when a player will get ads based on if they spent money on the game. If you have spent money you will not get ads back if ever for a long time. They think that once you spend you will spend again. If you haven't spent money just wait and maybe they will add them to your game. There's nothing you can do about…

Unfortunately you cannot turn ads on or off. There's no on and off button. King determine if and when you get ads. If you spent money on boosters or gold you will not get ads for a long time. If you did not spend money then king might decide to give them to you. It's up to them.

Did you buy any boosters or gold recently? If you did your ads will be removed so you can spend more money. The ads may come back in a few months or maybe a year. If you didn't spend money just wait and your ads may come back sooner.

@QueenB To add to Carol post it would be nice if the testing that king has been doing for at least 5 years would be over. I do play other games none have all this testing and such different in the players game. Then maybe we could all get the same events and rewards. It would make players feel better about the game and…

You really don't need to buy gold or boosters. Most levels can be won by using just the starting boosters. King is actually telling the true when they say you can win without paying. Just something I have observed.

Unfortunately that's not what the player was asking. You cannot use Google play Rewards in preference.

Did you get the award using Google points? If so all you need to do is make a purchase from candy crush and when you pay the reward will be deducted from the balance.
