I started getting 8 full lives after I hit the 10,000 mark. This has been in effect for a couple of weeks at least. Now suddenly today it's back down to 5. Does that mean I was once in the test group and now I no longer am?

Ever since I got my 10,000 level badge, the levels are impossibly hard to win. I will almost finish a level, but you still say I have 17 dots to hit, but there are no dots anywhere on the screen. This game is a lot less fun as a result, and I'm playing it a lot less.

They've made it impossible to X or close out of Candy Royale. We have been complaining about this bitterly for months. And all they say is their usual "will take it under advisement". They make like they can't undo something that they did. And one of the posters above answered my other question as to why I'm only limited…

I agree, it is BS to say that we have to wait for these people to fill out their player profiles. I have one and I never filled out a player profile! This is a new problem, and it was caused by whatever update Candy Crush decided to make to the game. As usual, they couldn't leave well enough alone.

I have several friends who don't have a complete player profile -- yet -- so I cannot send or request lives from them. They send me lives, but I cannot reciprocate. Why?????

What is a player card?

It's only certain friends, not all of them. Example attached.
