Izzy is actually a nickname I came up for Denize. It's the second half of her name made awesome, and it goes in line with other characters' names or nicknames ending with a short "i" sound (Tiffi, Mr. Yeti, Minty and Misty, as well as "Nutty" for the Nutcracker and "Ody" for Odus). Baby gummi dragon hatchlings make perfect substitutes for lighters with their weak flame breaths! I forgot mine on a camping trip and was lucky to find one in the wild.
