Another glitch. Middle of game and no moves that I can do… except use a lollipop. The glitches are getting out of control!

One move then game ends
Regularly I go into a game and get first move then game ends. Does anyone else get this? YES game is up to date, YES is have logged in/out, YES I have memory etc etc i have a video that I have lodged with support, just curious if it happens to any one else.

Jelly queen event
Hi. I have finished level 10 on jelly queen event but it just stays on this level and won’t progress app is updated and all usual things have been done. I don’t want to reinstall game as I’ve had to do this a few times last couple of months and you lose everything! in fact every time I update the app something goes wrong 😑

Game glitching
When I have run out of lives instead of giving option to ask friends (or even receive lives) the game just disappears. I have to force close and go back into game to request lives. I am not getting any lives due to this. I have done ALL the necessary steps and still this is happening.

Not getting notifications
I haven’t been getting email notifications for quite some time. I have tried many different things but nothing works. ive tried unticking and logging out. Then waiting a while and logging back in & ticking all the boxes nothing works. Suggestions? in particular PM as I never get notified when someone Replies to a group…

What’s your Daily Reward Streak at?
curious do see what everyone’s daily reward level is at? With no international travel for me and therefore not crossing time zones which resets daily streak I have been able to get up to DAY 332 -

There is a post that lists what levels you can get items from. Ie level 2307 is good for odus and caramel cups. I can’t find the post. I have searched but as I don’t know name finding it difficult can Anyone help?

Logging in via Facebook on sons iPad.
I am trying to log into the game on my sons iPad using Facebook. I have logged into MY profile on Facebook on his iPad however it keeps trying to log me into the game using his Facebook profile. how can I change this? it doesn’t give me option to choose which Facebook profile to use ? thanks

Asking/requesting lives
about 24 hours ago it seems as though lives can’t be given or received. It was working ok until then. It’s asking for Facebook log in again. if you have your lives full and you send lives to your friends to help them out they aren’t being received. My son has been trying for 24 hours and I haven’t got any. please don’t say…

Isn’t it weird that I have a sweet streak plus all 3 boosters active yet I still can’t get past a classic level 😂🤦🏼♀️

Olivia’s event, 2nd part not registering
I completed the 10 levels. I have completed a normal level and got 3 stars but event has disappeared and not showing star counter. yes i have updated game, cleared cache etc etc is this a known problem?

Team members in Dachs delivery service
Where are my team members? Why am I the only one who is doing this challenge? When it first started 2 team players did a little bit, now days later they aren’t even showing! I always end up trying to do this myself which is annoying and very hard in 5 days

Quests didn’t reset
My quests didn’t reset last night and are still showing completed. I am on track for bonus reward this week from last quest challenge and need to complete another 3 today i am playing on an iPad and have done the usual reset etc

Dachs team members
Is there anyway to choose your team members? I am with only one other active player! Makes it hard to do a challenge this way. Between the two of us will be very difficult to complete
