I'm at Level 1760. I just signed in & got a 'new' screen with numbers across bottom & 'debug' menu at the top. My avatar is changed. How do I get my Avatar back? How do I get rid of thios annoying stuff on my screen?

My game suddenly logged me out and then reloaded with this "Debug menu" and code at the bottom. I was unable to log in for quite sometime and now things have changed. Weird Login with Debug Menu on Windows 10
I've tried launching BW3 on my Windows 10 laptop, and am getting the screen above. Attempts to login have been unsuccessful. Everything was fine when I logged in about 14 hours ago. I've also checked the Microsoft Store and there doesn't look to be an update required for the game. Any advice, please?
