I cannot claim the Magic Duel event Reward

with out any gold or boosters anyone clear? this is close as I can go with out booster. I just finished with 9 golds.

After the last update to ver 5.1.5.0 I lost all the friends extra lives. I believe I had about 48. accessing gold bars
I have accumilated 50 gold bars. Why do I have to pay £2:99 to be able to use them? Also though I have won many more gold bars, they do not add to my total. they just topple down the outside of my " piggy bank". Have all gold bars to be paid for? If not. How do I access them?
