Why are there no fairies at any of my neighbors' houses?

For over two weeks now, basically a little after I first started playing this game, there have been no fairies appearing on any of my friends houses to touch. Which makes it so hard to collect enough star dust to build my house, it's taking forever since I can only depend on the stars and potions I get from quests.

I tried even reinstalling the game but it did not resolve the issue. I've tried anything I could think of, restarting phone, logging into Facebook  browser,  nothing. Please help me resolve this or I will have to stop playing the game as it is becoming tedious to build my house and watch all my friends who are levels behind me, build their houses so much faster.

Just to let anyone know who may also come across this problem, I was able to resolve the issue by forwarding my phone's clock a few weeks, and then resetting the clock back to normal date. This must have reset the clock used to time the fairies, as they now appear on my neighbors houses like they normally would.

Check if the game is proper connected to Facebook.

Hi Combo,

I checked my connection to face book and yes it's definitely connected. I've yet to have any issues connecting to FB, or any other problems besides the fairies not showing up. It's the strangest thing how they have just completely disappeared.. it just stinks because collecting star dust has now become so tedious.

I did notice one thing that may be correlated with this problem.. this issue started right around when I changed the clock on my phone to go ahead a few days because there was an error with my "life clock" it was saying I had to wait like 200 hours until my next life .. I knew this was obviously wrong, so to resolve this issue I forwarded my clock by that many of hours/days. Then I reset my clock back to the normal setting and it was fixed. After, that was around when the fairies stopped showing up at my neighbors' houses.

Jessica, it sounds like changing the clock did stop the fairies. Have you also tried turning your device off completely?   Then on again.  This could help to re-set everything.
