    Last tricksies game from a cple months ago wouldn't let me claim my gift either and now it just sits there with an (!) on it but no matter how many times I click it it won't give me a reward or go away

    Do you have any saved boosters? If not, I would advise you to reinstall your game. 
    Before you do that though, make sure progress is saved either through Facebook or the Kingdom so you can get it back afterwards. Do not reinstall without checking first.
    Once you have done this, the game should go away (I had to do this too so I know what you mean) and if you could add your game ID to this thread here, they can look into it. Unfortunately the studio are having trouble finding the gremlin in the game.
