I cannot claim the Tricksies Reward

Hi @KimElston. You already know my thoughts - I'm not prepared to uninstall/reinstall and lose all my boosters to fix a glitch in the game that's King's problem. I expect King to compensate me for denying me the opportunity to earn rewards through it's Tricksies Party adventure.

@Stiffy hi I fully understand I wouldn't loose mine either but our CMs cannot replace the prizes but you can put a request into the customer support team. Sorry about this but I hope they can help let me know if you have any joy 🙂🌟

I have lost track of the countless boosters I have lost over the years. They are working on it but as not everybody is having the issue, they cannot narrow it down to whats causing it.

That's all fine @Chicken_Slayer, however, they should compensate those players that take the trouble to complain directly to them. I've just received a generic automated email response to my email complaint. I've just replied asking for a full review of my complaint by a person and I'll not stop until I receive satisfaction.

Hi all I have sent an email on all your behalfs regarding a way of compensating your rewards I have received a reply asking if the usual trouble shooting has been done I informed them they have and they said they will come back to me soon with there conclusion. I will let you know the outcome. Fingers crossed 🙏🙏

@blaze9466 are you on about tricksies rewards ? as when there have been issues like this only a uninstall and reinstall works the usual trouble shooting does not fix it. But it does mean you will loose any boosters 🤔👍🙂
