I am having the same problem. App is up to date. Logged out back in and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app 😑😑

I think this is a recurring problem so needs sorting out but strangely on another device I got the prizes

I notice that no-one from King. com has answered so what's the point of the community and emailing customer services is a waste of time as they just direct you to the community, all round bad business
