I cannot claim the Tricksies Reward

I finished Tricksies party challenge but when I go to “claim” reward, nothing happens. Why am I not receiving any rewards even though I was in first place? Thanks.

@momsy2 hi looking at your screen shot the challange ended before you completed 5 chest you do have the highest score but once the challange duration runs out before at least one player completes all 5 then there are no rewards. Hope you are successful completing all 5 next time. 👍🌟

I’m still seeing ‘claim’ in the game for Tricksies Challenge days later. Is there a bug in the game that needs to be checked?

I moved your discussion into this one as it is the same issue.

As you can see in previous comments, this is an ongoing issue that the Studio team is investigating. At this moment we can't give you an exact date for the resolution, unfortunately.

If you can give me your Game Id in the meantime I can try to send you something nice to compensate ☺️

@jaxattack @Momsy2 hi if you select your profile tab and tap on the word king in the top bar it will open your ID number sometimes its difficult to tap it spot on so you may have to keep trying buy it will open up your ID. I am also hoping trickies gets sorted I came first and got no rewards the game just cleared from my screen. Your patience along with others Is much appreciated as there is so much the team have do and some issues are more complex than others and will take time if I get an update I will post it on here. Have a starlistic day 🌟🌟
