I can't get the sleeping tree to open! Help, plz!

Help! I can't use the sleeping tree to gain power ups, etc. The option has been frozen for more than 24 hours. Help!!! Plz?

I’m experiencing the same thing! My tree is showing an exclamation point, but when I try to open it, it glitches and doesn’t.

Welcome to our Community

The Studio has come back to me about this issue. All you need to do is keep playing or going from gameplay to the sagamap, launching the game or regaining the focus etc.  The game will then eventually connect and the issue will stop

@QueenRaffie I have tried what you have suggested and that didn't work, still glitches and unable to access wake-up tree.

the tree of life is not working properly I've had it for a couple days it's a great thing to have every time I press on it now it's not doing nothing please fix it thank you

@QueenRaffie Still Stuck! I’ve played three more worlds and it still has an exclamation point. This is clearly a glitch issue your team will have to individually correct per user.
