I have internet but the game is giving me an error message saying "I am not connected to internet" so I am not able to send or receive help to friends. I uninstalled and reinstalled game did not help and now I have to start my levels all over

Did you save your progress somewhere (king account, facebook account) before uninstalling ?

For the internet problem I don't know ... you're sure you can do for example a google research while not being able to connect ?

No, have no facebook. It was working fine just started a few months ago

My internet connection has been down for two days. There's no way to save progress, work on teams, or send and receive help.
