@StacyCS hi try updating you're app as I find if you dont do this regular you get more bugs most times the update corrects most things if not then I am sure the team will check it out for you. Good luck let me know how you get on
Welcome to the community @StacyCS as Kim said, check for updates and if that doesn't help, come back and let us know which device you are playing on and we can take it from there :)
Thanks @Chicken_Slayer and @KimElston. I have this downloaded on my HP Desktop, not an app on my phone. Don't know how to update - haven't had any other issues other than the gold bars. I tried to look through Support and didn't see anything about this.
To update is really easy, click on the microsoft store, and you will get this screen..
Next to the search icon will be your profile picture and to the right of that are 3 dots...
Click them and this menu pops up, click downloads and updates and from the menu that comes up again, choose check for udpates. Any that are ready will show and start installing :)
