    @LadyJEsq - completely understandable. Please go ahead and actually provide your user ID by clicking on the King logo in your profile area and let’s see if by chance @QueenRaffie can work with the studios to possibly recover your progress. Can’t guarantee anything but worth a shot.

    Please confirm the user ID, what type of device you play from and the latest app version you have installed on it.

    @LadyJEsq, I hope you have better luck than me because I couldn't get my user ID by clicking on the King logo as I wasn't supposedly connected to Facebook and as yet I've had no feedback as to what happened as I thought I was connected on that device as I had my Facebook friends showing in the area you collect stardust from your friends to build Stella's house and the cats apartment.

    @Foley1362 the user ID listed is 11262586674. Also, I noticed that my avatar is also changed from a cow to a turtle, so it makes me wonder if the whole app has been compromised.

    @LadyJEsq - thank you. Let’s see what the studio is able to find out tomorrow.

    The basic avatars switch every time you start the game from scratch so if you hadn’t stored or saved the avatar to your profile it should randomly rotate each time you log in from the beginning.

    Thanks @Foley1362 but as with most solutions on this site, that link is only for those playing on their phone (Apple/Android). I'm playing on my laptop with Windows 10. 

    I didn't see any steps to report an issue, but I'll look again.

    @LadyJEsq - no worries. At the very bottom of that thread is the support link in the ‘here’ link.

    Choose that option to report the issue and then once you get the support ticket make sure to respond back to the email.

    @LadyJEsq - no problem. Just make sure when you get the auto generated email you respond back to it to make sure the team gets the info and will follow up with you 💪🏻
