Transfer to a new device issues

Hello, i got a new device and i wanted to move my game from my old device to the new one, i linked it to Google Play Games using my old device, then i signed in on my new phone, my game progress showed up at lvl 591 which is correct, but all my power balls are missing, can you please help me ?
