restart ur phone, update to latest version ... n check whether r u connected with internet connection ...

else likely they r looking into new events... so have to wait

I am working playing via Windows 10 and have updated both Windows and the game. The game, since the update to levels starting 2081, has a no connection message - yet I am clearly connected. Guess I'll have to wait considering word circumstances right now. Just wondering if anyone else has the same issue and want to get it on the list of fixes.

I haven't been able to get any prizes for quite some time now, nor can I send or receive lives. I keep getting not connected verbage even though all of my other apps connect.
