Whilst I understand that the other players have uninstalled and then reinstalled that's fine if they are logged in with Facebook or King but though I know I'm not connected via Facebook though that still remains a mystery where my Samsung Galaxy tablet is concerned as I never had any comeback when I passed on relevant details but that aside I know I have a King account but whether that covers me playing on my Fire HD tablet I don't know and as I said I do not want to go back right to the beginning again, however I find it rather ridiculous that that is the only solution when it is obviously a flaw within the development of the game as it affects other players not just one player which would then point to there being a problem with the device that person is playing on.
@Lesley-6 hi no it's fine you are entitled to your opinion if you have your game backed up to face book or king you can play on any device and it theres no reason why it would not be saved. The reason it works to correct the issue on different devices says there must of been a bug within that challenge thats why it's the same procedure for all devices if it was just a device to device issue it would no be successful across the board. But hey you just keep airing your thoughts as they could help us with ideas and solutions as well as we help you. ๐๐๐๐

Thank you so much Kim... All is happy again in my BS3 world...I did an uninstall/reinstall and it worked...YAY...I got everything back - all my levels, my 290K+ of fairy Dust, The Fairy Tree and another go at Stella's Lab Spell Stream which I did last week in Chapter 119 (Unknown Underground), that was a bonus cos I got more boosters...YAY...most welcome. What also happened was mini prompts about various new aspects of the game, as if you are playing for the first time...I guess that is the reinstall just working through aspects of the game in a sequential manner.

However @KimElston just noticed a sort of minor glitch... I completed my chosen task to clear the last flower to wake up the tree, and that was acknowledged but nothing further happened. The Flowers didn't disappear and the Tree did not wake up until I did a couple of reboots of my mini ipad... then the flowers disappeared, the tree woke up, I got my extra playing hours and 2 boosters reward...All is now as it should be.
@Margo_Holloway hi you are very welcome glad you know have all you need to enjoy your game. Regarding the tree that is a issue were you have to reboot to get it to work properly it's not all the time but it is common it usually happens when there Is a connection blip but as you have realised a couple of restarts will always correct it. Apparently you have to uninstall and then reinstall and that will clear the probem, others have had the same problem as you can probably see by the thread and they have done what I said and it's been fine, I haven't done because I'm afraid I will have to start right from the beginning, personally I still think it's a problem within the game as more than one person has had the problem so cannot possibly be down to the device that any one person uses which has been advised in similar issues but hey what do I know, I'm just someone that has been playing this game and the other Bubblewitch games for like forever.
