Error when I try to ask or send lives doesn’t resolve to valid user id.

I was asking around and this particular error message is Facebook related so if this happens again, check with Facebook support if they can assist.

R u using correct account id? Restart ur device and update to latest version ... u may need to uninstall and install again but do take note that boosters will all be reset to 0...

Which device do you play on. Apple, Android?

Hi Queen B. I use apple devices my iPad and iPhone. I have checked my Facebook setting and the permissions are current. I downloaded it on my phone and it does the same thing when I link it to Facebook. The weird thing is my other King games work fine, just BW3 acts up. I have closed all apps and powered off and that doesn’t work either. My software is up to date on both devices. Right now I have many boosters and don’t want to delete and reload yet, but if you have any other suggestions I would appreciate it.

I think I figured it out. I think it’s a person that I am sending a request to has a member number that is longer valid.
