I have updated my phone Samsung J5 and now Bubble Witch Saga 3 doesn't work non more. It opens and crashes immediately. I tried everything.... :-( the others app from king.com work good.

Have you by any chance tried deleting the game app and install it again? It usually fixes most issues (please note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/King account at this stage will be lost.
However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully). Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages.

Hi @Trish24 I see our magical @QueenB has joined (above) and also here https://community.king.com/en/bubble-witch-saga/discussion/303410/no-connection-problem-reported-to-the-studio/p4 were others have posted the same issues under a differently worded discussion this it what holds things up as you have then follow different discussions regarding one issue. So can I please ask that you be patient. I am sure trouble shooting and feedback will come soon. Maybe check in discussion link I have attached. ππ
