Hi @eppslisa617 sorry to hear that there have been a few connection issues. Can you please try these trouble shooting tips. 1. Make sure your game is saved. 2. Check your game Is up to date in your play store (or equivalent) 3. Log out of the game and leave your device off for at least 30 seconds. Lets see how that goes first. When you reply if you put @ then my name and select it from the drop down that appears so it turns black that way I will be notified. Can you also state your device. Hopefully it is a blip and will reset itself. ๐๐

Hi @eppslisa617 before we do anything else please repost to me here https://community.king.com/en/bubble-witch-saga/discussion/285857/cannot-update-bubble-witch-3-for-new-levels#latest as I have raised this for an update and am awaiting feedback and this is were updates will be posted. If there is no current advance then we can follow the next stage. ๐

Have you by any chance cleared the Google Play Store cache? Just clearing the game app cache sometimes doesn't help.
If you feel comfortable reinstalling the game app again, go for it as it can help. If not, you can just try these steps without deleting the game app. You might have to do this if this still doesn't help.
1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'ย
2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'ย
3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'ย
4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.ย
Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.ย
5) Restart the device and try the game app once again.
