Lost progress... please help

Hi ...I have lost my progress ...the phone crashed and had to reinstall the game. I had reached Level 528.

Hi @elvirap can you tell me what game you are playing and what device you use please followed with your game ID this can be found by selecting profile then double tap on the king icon? Can you also tell me If you're game was saved as would get your progress back. First try playing 1 level then logging out and turning your device off for about 30 seconds. To see if it resets it. If not I can raise it further for you. Let me know by typing @ then my name then select it from the drop down that appears so it turns black that way I will be notified 👍🙂
