Astral league points don't match

Whenever I finish a level, the points I earn don't match. It first says I earned 7 points for "passing a hard level", but then only gives me 5 for "completing a hard level". It usually happened with larger amounts, but today it even happened with 3 for passing and 2 for completing. Why the difference?!? I would suggest either they match up or don't show the first message at all. I've tried to screenshot, but the first message goes away too fast and it's hard to know which time it's going to happen even though it's frequently.

Hi @centaurette and @Trish24 it sounds a little confusing regarding the points total as how it usual works is first by how many stars you score as completed and passing scores are dependent on this. For example if you complete a level and get 3 stars that is the amount that will get added to you're Score if you complete a hard level with 3 stars you receive more points than if you got 2 or 1 stars. The total showing is saying what score was available for that level but as I say it depends on how well you do in each level. I hope this explains it. If you are achieving as I explained and not getting your points then thats different and I can raise it for you. @KimElston I have had the same issue with points not matching which is frustrating, especially when I am trying to earn enough points to stay in the Astral League. Also frustrated with not getting enough bubbles to pass a level! I have been stuck on level 2526 for 3 days. YouTube video shows 20 bubbles at minimum to pass the level & I have 15! I can not afford to nor would I spend money on buying gold bars and I have noticed a lack of videos to watch for free bubbles. Many players do not want the ads but with a limited income, spending money on the purchase of gold bars is out of the question. I have been really enjoying playing Bubble Witch 3, especially since my compromised immune system has kept me at home for months now so I am hoping that the game developers will address players concerns about points not matching up & the lack of bubbles provided to beat a level then I may stop playing& find another game to play. Thanks

Hi @MicheleHogg I know how frustrating the leagues can be. As @Trish24 mentioned this is something that our magical @QueenB is aware of and we just need to be patient for her feedback from the studio also the community is very busy right now but issues won't get forgotten. In regards to the video's to watch to get extra bubbles this will faze and can disappear as with all extra features we then just have to wait for new features. I have lost lots of features and am waiting to see when something to replace it arrives and they don't arrive very quickly unfortunately. Regarding level 2526 lead the ghost 74 lines with 15 bubbles this Is a game of a thought process as well as the usual skill and luck. Always remember you do not always need to clear bubbles to move the ghost up use your skill to clear leaves at the side plus the more leaves you clear in this game the quicker the orb fills up. If you can see just a clear path of leaves aim your wand straight at them aiming to get as far up as you can. Give yourself some practice this way and you will soon get you're strategy. I just wanted to update. I was finally able to screenshot the points using the buttons on my phone rather than the palm swipe (which makes every popup in the game go away faster). Because it came up and went away so fast, what I didn't realize the first points were for the Magic Ritual and the 2nd points were for the Astral League. I appreciate everyone's help!!! There's so many things that pop up before I can play another game...magic ritual points, league points, magic ritual +1 for playing every day, daily treasure chest, new side game (in that order) that I just keep tapping away at the screen while only barely looking at what they say. Again, thank you for your explanations and assistance!! 😁
