KimElston, what you say about the 17 balls that are enough to drop more than 300 is absolutely false and offensive. I watched the only YouTube video of SYNMATIX PTY LTD and this player starts with 22 balls, not 17, 5 are your gift, he also has the help of the magic wand or spell and uses 3 boosters. These statements make me angry because I'm not a girl you can fool, I'm an adult woman, I kept alive the game that my son abandoned almost immediately and I don't like to be made fun of.
Try to change your way of approaching the players trying to make them feel incapable and try to insert more help into your games, all of us who want to spend some time having fun, we are already moving to other more relaxing and less pretentious games .

Hi @pirata20 I would like to assure you that in no way would I be offensive or make fun of anybody in the community and nobody is incapable of anything just sometimes we all need some help and encouragement . My replies try to help and encourage players that may be struggling as much as we all do at times. I will pass you on for our CM to@paul5473 join and help you further as I dont want you to feel further offended and my replies have only made you angry. I had hoped I could of helped. Please be patient for you're response as it is the weekend so our CMs will return on monday 🙂

@pirata20, as you can see it was not @KimElston intention to offend you but rather giving you some information that he as a Community Superstar as she shares the same passion you have for the game.
Please keep in mind that KimElston does not work for King, she is a volunteer in the community and is here to help all Bubble Witch fans on their journey through the Saga. We have rules here in the community and one of them is to treat everybody with respect and this line has not been crossed to my knowledge. I hope we can clear out any misunderstanding here ☺️
About the levels, King does not have official YouTube level videos so what you find there are from players all over the world so we can't assure you they are not using any cheating programs to get more boosters and moves.
However, the number of bubbles can be changed and this I can understand it causes confusion and frustration as you may feel the player had a better chance than you.
What we don't know that while they change the number of bubbles, they also make changes to the game to make it fear. Again, I totally understand you and I will make sure your feedback gets passed on to the level designer team, but I can't promise you any changes to this specific level.
In the meantime, I'll ask our lovely Superstar @Chicken_Slayer to help out with YouTube video she knows and trust as she is an expert with helping out with levels 😉

Dear I have no reason to insult someone from the support team, even if I feel fooled by the vague answers I get. I only point out to those who I believe can communicate with the team of developers that certain changes are not welcome, many people leave the game without saying anything, I prefer to communicate and say, in fact, and let people know what the problems are and try to avoid escape from a game that I've been passionate about for 3 years. If you can communicate with the developers, let them know that the game is fun, not frustration and that losing players, as I think it is, is a failure of one's job. Working many hours and then not being taken into consideration anymore, I would not like it to happen to me with my work, I always want to have good judgment and positive evaluations in what I do. With this I salute you, I left the game on stand by, maybe something will change. A greeting and a virtual handshake as a sign of friendship

@Chicken_SlayerI@Chicken_SlayerI have no Boosters to use, I bought some gold bar using a friend's card, I redeemed the 50 golden piggy bars. This is a unique event, I can't ask my friend anymore and I can't buy cards, even if I work, I have a situation where even 1 euro must be saved.
