Game is crashing after the latest update on Android and Kindle! (This is fixed)!

My game automatically updated on my Kindle Fire on July 6th (last night) to the latest version. Now it won't load. I cluck it and it comes to the orange screen like it's going to open, but then just goes back to the home screen and doesn't open. I've restarted the Kindle a couple times. I'm afraid to uninstall it and re-install it because I don't want to lose all my levels. I'm over 840 now. How do I fix this or uninstall the latest update? It worked fine before that.

Yessss....after the new update today on my kindle, I can play againnnn!!!! Even though it sucks that I lost my streak, which I was at almost 200, everything else is still there! Thank youuuu!!!!💕 Wishing that all of you can get back to playing soon!!!!!😊

Hi Queen I finally got the update button when I pushed it, nothing happened except it said downloading which made me, happy, that was 23 hours ago. Since then I have restarted my Kindle 4 times, I've tried to cancel the update to no avail. Now when I try to go to my apps/games setting my screen blacked out, I can't even reach the app store. I just restarted my Kindle again and I still can't access any of my archived games nor the app store. Why is it working fine on my Kindle7 but not my 8-any help would be appreciated.

P.S I've already tried the instructions on the site

The email you have provided shows the account got recently created so I'm afraid your game has not been backed up or, you have connected it to the wrong email.

If you don't remember which email your game was backed up to, we can manually restore your progress but we need to know which you need to be on.

I've been playing Bubble Witch 3 for over a year and was up on level 22?? Sorry I cannot remember the exact level but Sherryann was in front of me. I was on a very hard level and the game before challenging Morgana.

I did save my games so surely you should be able to find me please

Bubble Witch 3 is now working on my Kindle Fire after the update which crashed it and made us unable to play, which is brilliant news, thank you.

On the down side having done as suggested and uninstalled it then 're installed it I am starting at LEVEL 1 which is NOT where I was as I was on level 22?? when this happened

.Why am I not back on the level I was on please ???????????????

I'm still having problems logging into one of my Kindled HD 7th gen. I haven't gotten an update button. The one I am able to play on I've played 6 games and I'm #1 on the Astral League and it still hasn't given more any coins and I did a super hard level, will that be updated before it ends tomorrow?

Error pops up stating that game has stopped

Hi @speabody sorry to hear that you are the first one to report this problem. Will you first try logging out of the game then turning your device off for around 30 seconds then back on. Also check your game is upto date in play store or equivalent you should be on version 6.10.5 and have at least 2gig of memory. Let me know how you get on and if it doesn't correct it I will help you further 🙂⭐

That happened to me too! What I did, uninstall the game and then reinstall it. Your game should come back where you left off.

Ditto here. Amazon Fire HD 8 from 2018. I've forced stopped, re-installed, cleared cache, rebooted Fire, etc. It acts like it's starting (orange King screen) then it just reverts back to the Home page.

Having the same problem as well. Was playing a game, pressed retry button and bubble witch 3 went to an orange screen waited for it to start but it just went back to the main screen of my kindle.

I did as suggested by reading comments, deleted history and even uninstalled and 're-installed bubble witch 3 BUT still the same......why
