How to disconnect from facebook?

Hi, i signed up in facebook but i don't like it because i don't have Friends to send me lives, so I want to go back to the unsigned mode but I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE ALL MY PROGRESS. WHAT CAN I DO? thanks

Hi there @Vickyy08 and welcome to the Community 🤩

You can just disconnect the game app from Facebook and create a King account if you want as you still need to make sure your game records gets backed up.

When you click on your profile, Log out and then go back to settings and select "Connect"and the option to sign up with email is a King account.

But when i get disconnected from facebook I Lost all my level PROGRESS, si when I Fer connected with my email I have to start all over. What can I do so I don't loose allá my progress? Thanks

@Vickyy08 Did you happen to create a King account? If yes, can you connect the game to your King account and get back to me with your User ID here and the level you are supposed to be on?

Your game should be restored now so check the game when you can and make sure it is connected to your King account so the progress can sync.
