why can't I get my game to update so I can play new levels and ALL of my boosters are gone

I can't get my game to update so I can play new levels and ALL of my boosters are gone! dose anyone know why this happened and how to fix it?

@Bunnieofthemoon: I am in same situation and have been for several months. I have found that the Microsoft store takes quite awhile to provide an update for BW3. Not much one can do but wait and keep checking Microsoft store.

Have you completed your chapter and are waiting for a new one to arrive if so it wont let your update untill the next chapter is released on Tuesdays or Wednesday. The message update message will stay there until then.

If you are saying it Is a level within your chapter that has froze then you will first need to try checking for any missed updates in your play store or equivalent. Make sure your game is saved and log out of the game then turn your device off and on. Do this anyway as I do it often just to keep my game refreshed 👍

If you check your game in your app settings you should be on version 6.11.5

Please get back to me to confirm if I have the right issue. Just type @ then my name and select it from the drop down that appears so it turns black 🙂⭐

hey thanks soooo much for getting back to me!! I have completed the demon door chapter and I do keep getting the update message over and over again but when I click it I get sent to the microsoft store which just says its already installed the version I have is 6.10.5.0. I have tried to restart my pc but that has not helped at all.

@Bunnieofthemoon you dont have the latest version it is 6.11.5.

Have you been using flash as that is no longer being updated. If so you will need to use windows 10 or a mobile 🤔👍

@Bunnieofthemoon I see there is no reason why you can't get the latest version as without that you won't update.

There is only one thing you can try and thats to uninstall and reinstall the game. You need to make sure your game is saved first. The warning with this procedure is you will loose any boosters and unfortunately we can not replace them.

If you decide to do this once you have reinstalled you will need to play one level then log out of your game and turn your device off and on to restore you're progress.

I did what you said and its still not updating! I'm giving up for a bit b/c I am very frustrated and getting mad so yea I'm taking a breather and try again later. Thank you sooooo much for trying to help!!!
