Why can't I move passed 447?

So I have beat level 447 multiple times on Bubble Witch Saga 2 but the game won't move me passed the level?

Hi @stephchasitiy and welcome. Lets see if our general tips story this out for you first. Please check you have not missed any updates that may be pending in your play store or equivalent. Make sure your game is saved then log out of the game and turn your device off and on. If it doesn't fix it come back to me by typing @ then my name and select it from the drop down that appears so it turns black and let me know what device and app you are using to play the game
