After I reinstalled the game on my tablet to get Pot of Gold gift, the progress looks different. The top pic’s the IPad Mini 2 one & the bottom pic’s IPhone XR one. I’m on 2544
@Jared_Buttry, can you try the following on your iPad Mini 2:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to your Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.

I don’t think it’s connected to a different email. I contacted King care support about this issue.

By the way, did you get the Gold Bars from Pot of Gold in the end?
@QueenB The possible reason the progress didn’t save because I had internet connection problems as I mentioned I was playing offline. Does playing offline actually saves progress? I’ve the same internet connection issue in Candy Crush Jelly too when I played passed 1 level to 2541 then I checked on Facebook, still on previous level (2540).
The game on IPad Mini 2 doesn’t have the wise tree. The wise tree’s the best way to build boosters especially if I would have to start over from 2321.
Your progress should be backed up on the device if you're progressing while playing offline and once the game gets access to internet, it should sync. But as you experienced some technical issue, this process might have been compromised.
Have you heard back from Support yet?
This is normal behaviour as some extra features are only available to a group of players on specific devices.
The update is not available again in the Microsoft Store.
It's not really fair that every time a game needs an update, phone players get a multi-week advantage because they can update the game right away, but it's not available to PC users for a long time because it's not available in the Microsoft Store.
And it's quite ironic that the game has a bonus for playing every day, but there is no possibility to play every day from time to time.

I just uninstall then reinstall the app on my phone, didn’t solve the issue. I did start all over a small part where 2321 was on an original online server on my IPad . When I was on 2544, I think it was a glitch, a different server (possibly offline) or a error. Can the game team investigate that issue so I can get my current progress back? My game ID’s 11786409436. I just received the email from King Support, didn’t say the progress is fixed. By the way, is there a way to get my boosters back? The ICloud drive’s on. I know there’s a memory in my device so I can play offline. The top pic’s the booster inventory just before the uninstall. I played a level, all of the boosters have vanished.
