I have tried restarting my device it didn't help. I still lose dust with each game that I have activated a cat for. Please give some help. I see that others have this issue as well. It just started a day ago when you changed the format.

It is only your self and diane that raised this issue so far. If we see it as a multiple player issue we can raise it as a fault.
I believe that Diane's has now rectified. I hope that yours does to. 👍
It has not resolved, I guess I will just play once a day
How did she resolve it?
Hi @LynnW2 I am presuming that after following the tips a few times it reset as I asked her to let me know if it didn't resolve 👍🙂
The only tip I was given was to restart my device, which didn't help. Isn't there anyone from your tech team that can fix it as other game sites do?

Hi @LynnW2 I don't understand how the trouble shooting has not worked for you and I am sorry for that.
There was just yourself and diane who came forward with this issue diane has responded to the original discussion confirming that all is now ok. I can only suggest you keep repeating the tips to hopefully fix this. Other wise the next advice would be to make sure you are confident you have saved your game and then do a uninstall. We advice this as a last option as if you have any boosters you will loose them 🙂
