I've lost my levels!

All my levels have gone and they started me back to the beginning how do I get all my levels back?

Sorry to hear you're game has stated over, did you happen to change your device? I'm sure it has been backed up, have you made sure the game app is properly connected to your facebook or King account so your progress can sync back?
