Why did I loose all my boosters and spells after reinstalling my game?

Hi,

today I have reinstalled my game because I was unable to claim Tricsies Party rewards as suggested by support team. But after doing it I didn’t get my reward. Above all I loose all my boosters and spells. I had more than 70 spells each. It’s very disappointing. What should I do? Please help me to get my game exactly back.

Boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory (so you can use them offline), reinstalling the game will, unfortunately, delete all of these items. If you lose any Boosters that you have purchased please reach out to the King Support team using the 'Contact us’ and hopefully they can get you back on track!

Hi @Cindrella, I am so sorry, but yes, as @lilikoikisses said, once you uninstall the game, if those were boosters you "won" thru the game and didn't purchase, then they are gone and you won't be able to get them back. If you purchased any boosters that you hadn't used yet, then Player Support should be able to restore them. 👻

I didn’t purchase any....win all of them but no worries if nothing gonna happen.

@cinderella You’re welcome! I’m sorry you lost your boosters... but I’m sure you’ll have no problem replenishing then!
