Try reinstalling the game app, which usually fixes most connection issues. Once done, try connecting the game and if you did happen to lose your progress, just let me know what is your Game ID and I'll have a look 😉

@littlevampire72 I had a look and your game is connected to our server so I suspect there might be a bug coming from the App Store.
By the way, are you using Mobile Data or WiFi right now?
It's with trying to clear the cache from the Google Play Store as well after deleting the game app once again:
1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'
3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'
4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.
Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.
5) Reboot mobile and you should now be able to install the game and try connecting it.
