Lost game progess after resting my phone, can I get it back?

HI @ginaec1519, I am so sorry you are having this problem. I am not sure what you mean by resting your phone, I am in the US so sometimes the wording is a bit off for me.
If your game was saved then restoring you progress is easy just play one level then log out and turn your device off for around 10 seconds you should then be back to your level.
Please let us know if logging out of your game worked. Fingers crossed ๐ค
If that did not work, can you please tell me, did it take you back to level 1 and what level were you on? Also what platform are you using? Are you signed in thru FB or King?
