Connection issues

Hi, I keep getting no connection messages so can’t access bonuses. Everything else works fine with other games. I have logged out, shut down the phone and restarted, logged back in and no joy. Any help welcome

    @lizzy1612 Hi and welcome, The issue is known by the game studio and they are working on a fix for this at present, unfortunately we have no time frame on this at the moment
