The Game Team is investigating this and hopefully will find a fix soon.
Meanwhile, please try to play on another browser and see if that helps. Supported browsers are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Edge.
Clear also the cache and all cookies on the browser and make sure it's updated to the latest version.
If you're playing on a Windows PC, you can also download the game as an app from Microsoft StoreΒ HERE and play via the Windows app instead. When you open the game, connect it to Facebook and your levels will be synced.
