Hi guys just so you know we haven't forgotten you. This is not going to be a quick fix I am afraid.
The studio are working with this as a priority but it's more complex than originally thought π
Can you in the meantime not try to play via Facebook. If you want to try every now and then to see if you can play then use windows 10 or a mobile device π
Also should your game receive a fix whilst it's being worked on please let us know πβ

Yes this issue is currently under investigation.
Please keep an eye on this thread,Β that way you will be included in the studio's feedback regarding a fix.
Once you get there, you will see that everything is updated with what progress is being made to get it fixed π

Yes you will loose boosters as they are saved to your device not your game.
However if you had purchased any then please use the contact us tab below as your account can be checked and you will be refunded. Unfortunately free boosters cannot be replenished βπ
