(I still cant find where to introduce myself.)
Somehow i ended up having my BWS3 game saved under my mother's Google account. No, im not under parental restrictions, im 58. I would like to have my game connected to my facebook account so that it has my info connected to it. I really really dont want to start over. Is it possible to do the switch using player. ID number?
Also, i would love to try for the badges here but every time i click where it says "click here", it takes me in a circle. I havent been able to find how to actually attempt to get badges or other perks. And i saw to move up in levels you need to comment. Does a question count as a comment? Like does this post count towards gaining levels? Ok, last question, since i first made this King account, many moons ago, i have adopted a preferred gaming ID. Is there a way i can change my ID name?

I would like to help you. If you go to your game under gear - question mark you will find the help center. This is also available here on the site. There it says how to synchronize accounts. You can change your player name in the game. Go to change or edit profile. If you have a pc, you can do better there. Are you in King.com? Then you go to Settings. And everything is stored for it. To get the level badge you have to post and post a picture of it. Since you're talking about Bw3, I'll give you the moderator. They can explain it to you well. I moved your post to the Bubble Witch Support.
If you have saved your game on another person's account it is not possible to transfer it to your own account.
What we can do is that you start the game on a brand new account in your name, Facebook, King account etc. Then we manually restore the game to the level you were at.
-Check what level you are on in the game.
-Then delete and reinstall the app on the device
-Open the game and connect it to the account you wanna use instead. Like your Facebook account.
-Finally, go to Settings and Help Center and send an email to Player Support from there and ask them to restore the game to your level. Remember to choose 'Game didn't save' as the subtopic so your request will be handled swiftly and correct.
You will lose your Boosters and Gold Bars since they cannot be transferred. If you had any purchased items on your mum's account, please let Player Support know in your email so they can add these to your new game account as well.

Before you have do the uninstall process please take a screen shot of you level and send it us with your game ID so we can get your levels restored.

Regarding your boosters as they were purchased on a different account I am not sure if customer services will transfer them over its not a normal process but you could contact them from the contact us tab at the bottom of this page but in my experience they don't but anything is worth a try.
It is going to be Tuesday or Wednesday when I can confirm your levels are restored ๐โญ

Once you start up your game your levels should show if not play one level then close your game and turn your device on and off. You should then be good to go

I have found it much easier just to sign in with my email, reason being is fb tends to lag Alot and throw off your online experience plus my king games on my devices range from Google to Samsung to Microsoft 360 while they try to conflict each other all accept my e- mail sign in.
