Is anyone else having trouble with the tree not showing up?

With any challenges they can remain for a while but can also be removed at anytime.
Some times they will re appear after a while or the studio could be working on new challenges.
We just have to be patient and wait for starlistic surprises to come our way ⭐👍

My tree shows up. It tells me to pick a tile and then promptly freezes the game completely. Clearly this is not a “challenge” that is removed but more likely a programming issue from the update a week ago. Please ask the developers to TEST the update before pushing it out to unsuspecting customers.

Hi @doripeterson yes the tree had a revamp on Monday and since then it keeps freezing also once the tree clears it disappears and you have to close the game and open it again in order for it to re appear.
I have already raised this and am awaiting feedback from our studio.
I will post an update as soon as I here anything ⭐👍

Thank you for this information @PrettyBubbles. The Wise Tree has been very glitchy in my game of late and doing all the things you described. Having to swipe out of the game to get it to reappear after clearing it is annoying but I’m glad it’s not just my game. I hope they can fix it soon. 👍

Yes unfortunately that is also part of this issue. So just like the having to close and open the game each time you claim your prize in order for the tree to re appear you also have to do the same to re join.
I am hoping we get some feedback soon if not I will raise it again 👍
