Can't log in on my phone(s)

Trying to switch from an Android phone to an iPhone and although I can log in just fine on any web browser when I try and log in on either phone I get an error message Wrong Email and Password Combination. Thinking that it may take a minute to sync between browsers and phone I waited a little while and tried again but didn't get anywhere. I've tried changing my password and that didn't help either.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you ran into a roadblock! May I ask if you're switching to a new Apple device or has someone used it before and played the game?

You might want to try deleting the game app and clear the Safari cache before installing the game again and see if that helps.
