Loosing rewards

Stella has been stuck in wedding venue twice. I had to uninstall the game twice and both times I lost reward/tools which I earned or bought. Anything to do? Really sucks and lost my motivation :/

Yes this is a new test feature so it wont be without any issues.

The studio only rolls out test events to some not all players then if it runs smoothly they will roll it out to everyone.

Please note that this event could disappear at anytime if the test is failing and having to many issues

Also please note if you uninstall the game you will loose all rewards as these are saved to your device and not to the game, however, if you loose any that you have purchased then please use the contact us tab at the bottom of the page as they can check your account for unused purchased items and will refund you 👍⭐
