⛔️ Temporary game issues on the 27th of October!
Hello Witches and Wizards,
We are experiencing a temporary server issue that is affecting many of our games at the moment.
This issue may give various error messages when playing on Facebook or on King.com and stop the games to load properly.
Connection issues with your game account and purchases on mobile devices and via the Windows app are also affected by this. Our Help Center pages and Player Support contact form are also affected. Therefore you may experience loading issues when finding an article or contacting Player Support.
We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.
