Here is the screenshot of where the game crashes .... it is after I close the offer page that comes out when a level is not passed .... I have to close and reopen the game every time

Hi @Giorgione are you playing BW2 or BW3 and on a mobile or PC

Can you first try logging out of the game and turn your device off and on a couple of times

Let's see if this resets it for you 👍⭐
