Hello, I want to ask was your account saved, and if so it should have been by your email address all you needed to do it sign back in with your email address and your saved password no matter if you play through King Games or Facebook both use your email address to save your game......
If you did try your email address and did not know your password then you will need to contact Support on the Right Hand side of this section under Categories there you can explain your issue to Support and they will contact you through your email address so make sure you can access your email address first...hope this helps you out my Community friend 😉😎💯
to the person who replied to my question, it was not what I asked, I only created an account that same day when I discovered that I lost my progress, before that I just started the game every day from my start page and I never had issues before until the problems with wake up the tree started. Every day my progress was there, now I have to start the second part of the tree all over again and I already had passed a few items there
Yes I understand as we did have connection issue but it is all sorted now so hopefully you will be back to normal.
With the tree if your team does not clear any flowers you do end up playing the remainder in order to complete it, it is frustrating when this happens but then it's great if the team are quick and clear the flowers with you 👍⭐
