Hi @LoveMe12 Yes when we had the server error it stopped purchases going through but should of corrected once it was fixed

Please try again as we can't refund any purchases you will need to give them your email and game ID you can find your game ID by selecting profile or connect from your main menu then tap the word king at the top of the page this will reveal your ID

Sorry if you misunderstood it is in the contact us tab at the bottom of this page where you need to leave the information
Your ID is not your username
You can find your game ID by selecting profile or connect from your main menu then tap the word king at the top of the page this will reveal your ID
Also at the top right of your last post you will see a little cogg wheel please select this. Then select edit which will show at the bottom. Then please remove your Email for your privacy and safety from unwanted contacts 👍⭐
