Sorry you are experiencing this problem It will be one of two things.
Facebook have on going issues with the lives that keeps reacuring for our players
Also if you have passed level 1420 it will be because Facebook will receive no further updates and will be no longer supported you will need to play with windows 10 or on a mobile device๐โญ
