Hi @Lesley-6 please don't worry BW3 is safe it is one of our biggest games so no plans in the pipeline to remove it.

@abee817 Yes once you have followed the instructions if you're levels have still remained dropped then send us your game ID along with the current level you had reached and we will see if we can manually restore them for you.

However with BW2 it is usually advised to contact support with any issues by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page 👍⭐
