Hello, all! My app on my iPad is up to date, but I am not able to play. The game loads, but as soon as I select “play” the game freezes. I have restarted my iPad, cleared my cache and cookies…any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble
If you have already tried logging out and turning your device off for a few minutes at least twice and it hasn't corrected itself the only other option is a uninstall
We only recommend this as a last resort as you will loose any boosters you may have.
