Hi @Karin81 Just an update for you it appears that you still have the game mode that was the original issue as you should be seeing a clear all with honey combs and not the dubilees that I see in your screenshot

The studio are looking to sort this out for you shortly

I will come back once I receive confirmation that the action is completed👍💓

Level 5605 always freezes after the first bubble.

I already deinstalled the game and loaded it again, turned off the phone and waited and startet it again, but nothing helped, same thing again.

Can you fix this please, apparently other users have the same problem for quite some time!

Hi @S_D sorry to hear that yes this is a known issue but please don't worry as we can sort it for you we just need a screenshot of the game and your ID

you can find your ID by selecting the cog wheel bottom left of your start up page then select profile then double tap on the word king at the top of the page 👍⭐
